I pulled this genuine OEM interior dome / courtesy light assembly from a 2012 Lexus ES350. The lens is clear and crack-free, and the mounting clips are fully intact on the housing. Features tan/beige bezel trim.
Used condition with visible pried mark on one corner of the plastic bezel.
