Unusual old copper-alloy finger ring constructed from multiple twisted wire strands, giving the band a distinctive rope-style appearance.

The ring features approximately three twisted strands running around the circumference with a small raised/joined section to one side. The exact date and origin are unknown, so no firm archaeological attribution is being made.

Details:

Condition is consistent with age and burial, with green/brown patination, surface wear and deposits. The twisted construction remains clearly visible.

An interesting historical detector find suitable for collectors of rings, archaeological objects and metal detecting finds.
