This is an original OEM Yamaha Outer Chaincase Housing Cap / Cover (Part #8CR-47543-01-00). This genuine factory component was removed from a clean, dry-stored 1997 Yamaha snowmobile. As a factory Yamaha part, this cover is precision-cast to provide a perfect seal for the chaincase assembly, protecting the critical drive gears and chain from moisture and debris while maintaining the necessary oil levels for lubrication.
