LEGO Icons: Elf Club House (10275) is brand new and sealed. Rather than checking my loft I bought the same set 2 years in the running hence why I'm selling this duplicated set.
I personally love the Christmas Lego, it is my family tradition to build a new set each year.
I will also be selling my the Lego sets my son as built over the years as he has grown out of it, check my other sales out.
Please note whilst the box has been in the loft it has got wear and tear marks to it
