Evertz 5601ACO2 rackmount automatic changeover unit with two installed power supplies.

Powers up and indicator lights illuminate. One power supply module displays a red Frame Status light while its PSU Status light is green, as pictured. The other power supply shows no fault indication. The cause of the red light has not been diagnosed.

Testing was limited to power-up. Signal handling, automatic changeover, and other functions have not been tested due to lack of an appropriate test setup.

The front access door has two captive fastening screws, but both corresponding threaded holes in the frame appear stripped. One hinge pin at the lower-right portion of the door is also damaged. The door will require attention to fasten securely.

Internal board is present, and all connectors appear to be in good physical condition. Housing has normal cosmetic wear, including scratches and scuffs.
