Offered for sale: Four beautiful vintage new and unused smooth silk-like satin sheen cotton jacquard red and lime green curtains each measuring 114 x 190 cm (W x L).
Manufactured between 1958 and 1960 at the Britannia cotton mill in Walkden, Salford, Manchester where my grandfather worked.
The fabric was brought home for my grandmother to make into curtains but they were never used. They have been stored in optimum conditions so are in pristine condition. They can be used as curtains or repurposed. The only limitation is your imagination.
