LED red light therapy (usually with a wavelength of 630-660 nanometers) is a non-invasive photobiomodulation technology that acts on cell mitochondria through light energy of a specific wavelength to promote cell metabolism and repair.

Red light stimulates the mitochondrial activity of hair follicle cells, increases ATP (energy molecule) production, and promotes the transformation of hair follicles from the resting phase (Telogen) to the growth phase (Anagen).

LED infrared light (wavelength 800-1200nm) can irradiate the skin to a depth of 3-4cm.
