Have got a lot done, spent a fortune as you do on these things, and many hours.
Other commitments have got in the way, not done much in the last 2 years.

Matching Frame and engine Number, Registered to me with V5 logbook. as now over 40 years old will qualify for tax and mot exemption when finished, interesting number plate, matches the bike well.
Only original parts now are main part of the frame and engine.
Front forks(rebuilt) brakes wheels swingarm suspension, all 2002 R1
Rear end R1M with fabricated rear sub frame to fit, tank started as Honda Hornet but modified to follow lines.
Head light Led with built in indicators, Have new rear light in black rear light that has built in indicators to keep clean lines, Digital Speedo.
Motor GP style silencers, rest of exhaust stainless kit from MAD in Netherlands quality product, all parts to build bespoke exhaust.
Carburettors' 44mm Mikuni style, with fabricated alloy manifolds and K&N style filters.
Rear sets, designed to fit on rear sub frame.
New GPZ1100 Sprockets and chain to marry up TR1 to R1 only one that would work!
Massive amount of fabrication and machine worked carried out, fork yolks altered to fit frame, sub frame designed and fabricated to take R1 swing arm and suspension, sub frame designed and built to take R1M seat unit, and battery box under the seat, manifolds and mounts for carbs and filters, as you can imagine just about everything is bespoke on this build, seen many nice TR1 builds, but no one has managed to make a nice rear end with a proper set up, hence this!
Interesting project, Most parts are machined or fabricated to fit by a fitter/machinist, most done but still a bit to do, but will make a great bike when finished.
I have over £4k in it, The parts alone are worth more than I am asking for it if I was to break it.
