FREE A4 PRINT WITH 12 CARDS

Every 12-card bundle includes one free unframed A4 matte print using the same approved portrait, with the Christmas greeting removed. Choose your family name or no wording underneath. Festive outfits and scene remain; an everyday-clothing redesign is not included. Frame not included.

ONE DESIGN PER BUNDLE

All copies have the same approved portrait, front greeting and inside message. Choose a blank To... line or blank inside if giving cards to different recipients. Different portraits, outfits or scenes are separate designs; message for a quote.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A5 folded cards (148 x 210 mm), printed and posted with one envelope per card. These are physical cards, not a digital download. Listing photos show examples and mockups.

HOW TO ORDER

Choose your people/pets tier and card quantity. Give your front greeting, inside message and sender names, or say blank inside. Tell us jumper colours and any important details. For 12 cards, give the family name for your free print or say no wording. Send clear photos of each person/pet or a clear group photo through your order messages after ordering.

PHOTO GUIDANCE

Sharp, well-lit, front-facing photos at eye level with each whole face visible give the best likeness. Avoid blurry, dark, distant or heavily filtered photos, sunglasses and covered faces. For pets, show facial detail and markings. Use photos you have permission to use. We may request clearer photos before starting.

ONE REVIEW BEFORE PRINTING

We send a digital proof through your order messages. Check messages and email notifications, including spam. One review and one round of small corrections are included. Check likenesses, names, spelling, outfits and wording and send all corrections together. We print after approval. Delayed replies may delay dispatch. Major redesigns may cost extra, agreed before work.

Allow 1-2 weeks for creation, approval and dispatch after suitable photos and details arrive, plus postal transit. Postage is charged once per selected bundle, including its free print where applicable.
