Please pay attention to my instructions regarding the auction process:

• Save on shipping costs: Multiple auctions will be combined, including offers from my other accounts under the names "Setempe," "Setempe-Namibia," and "Setempe-Seychelles." Please send me a message before the end of the first auction so I can consolidate your items. You can also accumulate items over several days, but only if you notify me before the first auction expires. Typically, I ship very quickly to the address stored in the system. There is only one shipping fee, no matter how many items you bid on. Exception: for oversized items, the highest shipping fee applies.
• Shipping costs and sizes: Deutsche Post calculates postage based on two criteria: weight and size. Standard size is 23.5 cm x 12.5 cm, at 20 or 50 grams. Unfortunately, larger envelopes are quite expensive, even if they weigh very little.
• If the item does not meet your expectations due to a faulty, ambiguous, or inaccurate description or an unclear or inaccurate image, please contact me via email. As you can see from my reviews, (almost) all my auctions have been completed to mutual satisfaction. However, my general willingness to accept returns does not mean that I send items for viewing. As a private seller, I naturally exclude any warranty or guarantee claims.
• Bid with confidence: Worldwide purchases are easy and secure. Buyers from non-Euro countries should use PayPal. Buyers from Euro countries can pay simply and cheaply via bank transfer.
