Unique hand-blown molten glass terrarium vase slumped directly over a natural organic teak driftwood root base. Standing approximately 15cm high, this eco-friendly piece of bohemian home decor is hand-crafted in Bali using traditional artisan methods. Hot, molten recycled glass is dropped directly onto the raw wood root, allowing the glass to cool and flow naturally over the contours of the timber. This creates a perfect, interlocking form-fitting base with slight charring on the wood underneath that locks the bowl securely in place. The thick glass carries a beautiful, subtle sea-green tint that catches the light wonderfully. It serves as an exceptional standalone sculpture, a unique succulent terrarium, an indoor air-plant display, or an eye-catching betta fish bowl. This decorative piece is in excellent pre-owned condition. The glass bowl is completely free from post-production chips, structural cracks, or impact bruising, and the top opening rim is smooth and factory-polished. Because this is a handmade artisan item, natural variations such as tiny trapped air bubbles, swirl lines, and minor surface ripples are present within the glass matrix, adding to its unique organic character. The textured timber base is entirely stable, clean, and dry. The glass bowl can be easily lifted off the wood knots for simple cleaning and filling, then dropped back into its exact footprint. It does not come with original packaging but will be packed securely with extensive bubble wrap and void-fill inside a sturdy box for completely safe transit.
