Last Word Radius Grinding Wheel Dresser - Bare Tool. Centerline is marked as 3.384", I assume this has been surface ground on the bottom. Otherwise works as you expect. Bare tool with just the two pieces that are shown in the pictures. Does not have a diamond installed.
