This Unit is being sold on behalf of my Aunt after my Uncle – a lifelong Hi‑Fi obsessive and part‑time Radio Caroline fanatic – sadly passed away. He adored his audio gear so much that children weren’t allowed within the house!. complete with a “Do Not Touch Anything” policy.
When they downsized the house, he even converted the cupboard under the stairs into a tiny DJ booth, Harry‑Potter‑style,
I have no idea about the internal condition, so it’s sold strictly as seen, with a low reserve to keep things fair and realistic.
It does come with the original manual, because (as mentioned) he was very careful. He probably read it more often than he read the newspaper.
If you’re a collector, a restorer, or someone who just loves giving classic Hi‑Fi gear a new home, this might be a lovely project. And if you’re simply nostalgic for the days when audio equipment weighed more than a small child, this one’s for you.
I’ve plugged it in and it powers up, but that is the limit to my technical prowess
Happy bidding — may it find an owner as enthusiastic as he was.
