The garment does not have any size or fabric tag. It measures like it would fit a large and possibly some extra larges, and could even fit some mediums with a more, relaxed, loose fit.

I wear larges and some extra larges, and it fits me perfectly.

The sides of the jacket are cut up to, almost the armpits, and the tulle is sewn in, and flows all the way down to the hemline, along with the front and back tulle.

The tulle fabric is double lined, but is sheer, and you would probably want to wear shorts or some kind of coverage, or wear your favorite style long pants.
