JORGE

These are a new series of flats that I will be selling. In an effort to keep all my flats consistent, so they can line up nicely. Each flat will have a base of 2 1/2 inches deep, which includes a 1” sidewalk. The length will be based on the building type.

This building is “Kings’s Pharmacy” and comes Semi-Built, since the floors are stackable, I will ship them built with any included posters, etc. So all you need todo is add figures and lighting and then glue the floors and fire escape ladders and your set.

All my buildings now include transparent window film too.

Completed kit is 5” L x 2 1/2 “ W x 9”H.

NOTE: If you purchase 2 or more I will include the 2” Alley Way with either a dumpster, wooden barrels or crates.

Sorry Bob and the vehicle are 1/48 scale and used as scale reference and are not included in the sale.

We do not keep any items in stock and print out the orders in the order we received them, while we try our best to ship them out quick, please expect to wait at-least 5 days for your order ship.
