Antique typewriter ribbon tin from an exclusive typewriter tin collection.

Notes: Carter’s tin lower right corner back fell off. Cannot open Longhorn tin. There is something in there, not sure what. Old Dutch Line Tin has spool and conservation notice from World War 2, also I repacked it with a baggie and left it sort of apart because it was tough to get open. Someone had pried it open at one point.

The red tin with the scene on it, middle leff, “made in england” is a candy tin, but it so goes with the Madame Butterfly tin. It is often mistaken as a typewriter ribbon tin.

Sizes are typical ribbon 2.5” across by a little less than 1” high. There is no ribbon and no spool. This is an excellent display item for typewriter collectors, writers, advertising collectors and so forth. Make note of my many hundreds of additional tins in my profile. There are possible scratches, dents and age-related wear. Please make note of the photos as they are part of the description. Discounted shipping and volume discounts will apply.
