Vintage 1960s Aquastar Scubapro Fahrenheit Dive Thermometer Gauge Swiss

Vintage Aquastar / Scubapro co-branded Fahrenheit diving thermometer, believed to date from the 1960s. This uncommon blue-dial version features a black housing and was designed to mount on a wrist or dive-watch strap. The dial is marked Aquastar, Scubapro, Fahrenheit, and Swiss Made and displays a temperature scale of approximately 30°F to 120°F. The thermometer is in visibly used vintage condition with substantial scratching and scuffing to the crystal along with general age-related cosmetic wear. Functionality and temperature accuracy have not been fully verified. It has not been tested for water resistance or under diving pressure, and no guarantee is made regarding its suitability for actual diving use. Thermometer only; no strap or other accessories are included. Please review the photographs carefully for exact cosmetic condition and included item.

This item is vintage and pre-owned. At surface level, it appears to give a good reading of that air temperature, but has not been tested in water. It should be assumed that the item will require significant restoration by a knowledgeable or trained individual to bring it to a fully functional status.
