The VAT 10844-UE01-0004 is a DN160 ultra-high-vacuum gate valve designed for isolating sections of high-vacuum and UHV systems used in semiconductor processing, vacuum deposition, research, accelerator, and other vacuum applications. It features a stainless-steel body, approximately 160 mm (6-inch) nominal opening, CF-style vacuum connections, and a manually operated bellows-sealed gate mechanism. The Series 108 design is specified for pressures down to approximately 1 × 10⁻¹⁰ mbar and provides approximately 5,880 L/s molecular-flow conductance. The valve is designed for high-temperature vacuum-system bakeout, with the body capable of temperatures up to 250°C in the open position.
