Genuine vintage 1970s travel rug blanket in pristine, unwashed deadstock condition. Features a striking, high-contrast retro check plaid pattern in a classic mid-century colourway of vibrant orange, chocolate brown, mustard yellow, and crisp white. Manufactured from pure rayon viscose with a soft, densely woven texture that retains excellent color saturation. The blanket is in mint vintage shape with its original large satin "Hibiscus Mutabilis" brand label fully intact, stating "Made in the People's Republic of China". The thick, twisted fringe trim along the bottom edge is clean, uniform, and completely untangled.
