Up for sale is a vintage 1970s Britains Model 9681 World War II German Army Motorcycle & Sidecar Combination in 1:32 scale.
This diecast and plastic model was made in England and features the iconic Britains Deetail style figures.
This item is being sold As-Is for Spares or Repair.
Please read the condition notes and review all photos carefully before purchasing.
The Positives:
• Includes both original plastic German soldier figures (the driver and the sidecar gunner/passenger).
• Both original weapon accessories are present: the rifle strapped to the driver's back and the machine gun mounted on the sidecar.
• The main diecast zinc alloy framework and sidecar body are structurally intact with nice weight.
Condition Notes (Please See Photos):
• Missing Part: The tan plastic pillion (rear passenger) seat is missing from the back mudguard.
• Damage: The plastic handlebar assembly is cracked near the center console (see close-up photo). It is still attached but fragile.
• Cosmetic Wear: Shows typical minor paint chipping, surface scuffs, and play-wear consistent with its age.
This is a fantastic candidate for a restoration project (replacement handlebars and seats are easily sourced online) or a perfect donor piece to harvest the hard-to-find figures and weapons for another set.
Shipping & Handling:
Will be packed securely with plenty of bubble wrap to protect the fragile plastic components during transit.
