Up for sale is a remarkably preserved, highly unique vintage Gamewell fire alarm local institutional annunciator box. Unlike common street-corner pull stations, this heavy-duty cast-iron unit is a completely custom, one-of-a-kind master indicator panel built to isolate alarms inside a multi-building facility complex.

This panel features a distinct layout of 15 circular "bullseye" glass viewing windows divided across four rows. Each row is topped with a solid, custom-engraved brass indexing strip detailing historical institutional zones, including labels for Building 50, Building 40, Building 30 (including a dedicated Pharmacy zone), Chemical Storage, and Ward 105. Because of these highly specific local labels, you will not find another identical layout anywhere—making it a true centerpiece for any firefighting collection.

Condition Details:

The unit is in good antique condition overall. The red paint has some chips and was not professionally done, but it still looks very good and gives the box a fantastic, authentic industrial patina.
