This is the neoprene sleeve by Ss Brewtech. It helps insulate and wick away condensation to reduce temp loss in tubing. The sleeve is 10ft in total length and can be cut to custom lengths to adapt to any setup. Once cut, use the included velcro strip to secure the sleeve to your tubing.
