Contains the title page and twelve double spread maps as follows -

India, China, Burmah etc
Palestine - this includes much of the
Middle East
Occasional minor page marks.
Short splits in the gutters on several maps but no losses. Binding has split in the gutter between the first and second maps resulting in slight looseness to the binding.
Prize label on the front paste down endpaper from Mr Oliphant's School, Edinburgh.
Original boards, lettered in gilt, are slightly rubbed on corners and spine ends.
Overall a nice clean copy of this very scarce
publication.
