  • Measurement: 60mm x 78mm
  • Weight: 41.2g
  • Main Stone: Type: Rhinestone
  • Condition Description: This vintage brooch is in good pre-owned condition, showing expected wear commensurate with its age and normal use from the 1940s. The gold-washed sterling (vermeil) exhibits moderate to heavy finish loss, tarnishing, and rubbing, primarily on the high points and across the back of the piece. The colorful cold-painted enamel accents show scattered loss, flaking, and chipping, particularly on the outer edges of the fins. The large aqua blue center stone is secure but displays minor surface scratches along the facet junctions. All rhinestones but one appear to be present, though several of the clear stones have darkened or yellowed slightly with age, which is highly typical for vintage jewelry of this era. The pin stem has a slight bend, but the roll-over clasp functions securely. Please review all provided photographs closely to evaluate the exact condition before bidding.
