These are normal characteristics of resin printed models.
Due to recent reports of breakages of smaller scale figures, some models may be shipped with print supports (sprues) still attached to provide additional protection during shipping.

Scale Information
We sell models from multiple designers who set their own scale for their designs.
While we adjust scaling where possible, some designs may not match universally to exact heights.
If the height of a figure or model is critical to your needs, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can confirm dimensions.
Postage & Returns
We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases.
If an item arrives damaged, we are happy to accept a return for a full refund within 30 days.
