This Winwing/Winctrl URSA Minor Throttle is lightly used, only for a couple of hours, purchased 20th September, just really wasn't for me, works perfectly fine as new! Its basically new and contains the original cable and accessories.

Will also come in the original packaging with foam inserts and all.
