Antique Japanese Mixed Metal Yatate (Portable Calligraphy Writing Set)

Condition Report:
This yatate is in vintage/antique pre-owned condition with a natural patina. The hinged lid opens smoothly and closes securely. As is typical for sets of this era, there are visible historical solder joints at the seams and connection points (please see close-up photos). The interior of the inkwell is clean and free of leftover dried ink blocks.
Please note: The calligraphy brush is not included (the hollow stem handle is empty).
