This is a Rare Captain Pike in command chair action figure from the 40th anniversary convention in Las Vegas in 2006.  It is numbered 497 of 500.  The item pictured is the one you will receive.  The box does have a couple of small marks on it on corners but overall looks excellent.  It has never been opened.
