Individual Coin/Currency orders:  

If sold for $20 or less:  eBay Standard Envelope (ESE) at 3oz rate, with eBay tracking.

3oz rate used as ESE is much more reliable when it includes the USPS ?non-machinable? surcharge for rigid envelopes.

If sold for $20.01 - $49.99:  calculated USPS Ground Advantage (GA), with USPS tracking.

Cost determined by USPS based on weight and distance from Southern California.

Combined Coin/Currency orders and lots:

Combine 5 items or less, up to $49.99:  eBay Standard Envelope (ESE) at 3oz rate, with eBay tracking.

Combine 6 items or more, up to $49.99:  calculated USPS Ground Advantage 

(GA), with USPS tracking.

US Sales Tax:

Laws regarding online sales tax collection vary from location to location.

Sales tax in the US is collected based on the shipping location selected by the buyer, not the location of the seller.

Sales tax is collected and remitted to the appropriate tax authorities directly by eBay.

I have no say or control over sales tax collection.

INTERNATIONAL (non-US) Shipping:

All Coin/Currency orders:

eBay International Shipping (EIS), with tracking - no exceptions! 

EIS rates are set by eBay (not by the seller), to be paid for in full by the buyer.

International combined shipping:

You will be charged based on the total weight of your order.

You must use eBay?s ?shopping cart? feature to purchase all items in a single transaction.

Select ?Request Combined Shipping? at the top of your cart.

Do not make payment until you have received a message that your invoice has been updated.

No refunds of excess shipping costs paid if you do not follow this procedure.

International Customs/Duties/VAT:

All customs/duty/VAT fees are charged by the country of destination and are 100% the buyer?s responsibility.

Customs forms will be completed with fidelity - I will NOT falsify customs forms, so please do not ask.

Other Shipping Policies:

I will ship ONLY to your eBay address of record - no exceptions!  

Please confirm your address prior to making payment.

Signature confirmation may be used, at my discretion and my expense, for large value orders.

If coins are returned to the seller by USPS as ?return to sender? due to an incorrect or non-deliverable address,

I will refund your purchase cost for the coin, however, I will retain the amount paid for shipping.

I do my best to ship all orders by the next business day, however, life sometimes requires 2-3 days.  

Weekend orders (F-Su) typically will be packaged Sunday evening for shipping on Monday.  Family time first.
