Just been repaired by DeLonghi (software fault), all in good working order, they also replaced the hopper cover with a brand new one (not sure why as it wasn't broken but not complaining!).
This machine has loads of options and can dispense hot water for tea as well as make pretty much every coffee variant you can think of!
Overall good condition with a few small marks here and there but nothing significant.
