The lp is by The Association. The lp cover is a little rough . The lp slips out the bottom. The signatures are bright and vivid in black felt. It is signed by founding members Russ Giguere, Larry Ramos and Jim Yester. This does not have a COA but does come with a photo of the signing with the 3 signers at a table. Jim Yester still performs with other Association members. Some form of the Association the 3 that signed at the Monterey Pop Festival. Some members do tour with The Happy Together Tour today. I do love the Association in all their incarnations.
