Make an entrance in this dramatic, one-of-a-kind black and silver sequin blazer cape. Combining the structure of a classic blazer with flowing, shimmering draped panels, this unusual piece is perfect for anyone who loves alternative fashion, gothic glamour, boho style or statement occasionwear.
Created from reclaimed materials
This piece has been creatively transformed from a thrifted black blazer jacket that had a stained inner lining. Rather than allowing the garment to go to waste, the useful outer jacket has been given a completely new life.
The flowing arm panels are created from a reclaimed floral black and silver sequin-stitched net scarf or shawl, creating beautiful movement and sparkle when worn.
Remnants from a second satin-feel scarf have been used to finish the jacket edging, while a reclaimed coordinating pendant has been stitched onto the collar to add an unusual decorative focal point.
The result is a wearable statement piece that combines tailoring, sparkle and flowing fabric in a way that is completely individual.
