• 1 - All sizes are in inches. We don't do "A" sizes, sorry. So... don't buy an A1 frame, it is too small. Buy a 36"x24" frame and you will be happy happy happy.
• 2 - All our large format prints are sent rolled, in tubes, for extra protection. You can convert the tube into a Dalek eye if you put a tennis ball on the end. INSTRUCTIONS NOT INCLUDED. Use your imagination. This ain't Blue Peter.
• 3 - The logos definitely don't appear on your actual poster. You don't get the frame either, that's just to show how good they look when you frame them. Remember though - 36"x24"... not A1. We don't do A1. Sorry.

• We use 180gsm heavy duty bright white matt poster paper for all our large format (24" and above) posters. These are great for longevity and really bring out the quality of the high resolution images used. Stick them in a frame and they really bring your walls to life. Perfect for any cave. Or even a room.
• Cracking high quality posters that were born to be framed. (In 36"x24" frames, remember.)
• Yes, that's repeated, I had the hiccups, sorry. It is important though. As is...
• ... as noted, any frame pictured in the gallery is FOR ILLUSTRATION ONLY! To save us both from the heartbreak (and expense) of postal damages, we no longer offer a framing service. The good news? You can easily pick up affordable, high-impact frames right here on eBay or down at The Range - and trust us, these prints look absolute millions when you get them behind glass. Or plexi. Or whatever.
• All our posters are from high resolution (300dpi) images. No blurry stuff. No pixellation.
• The main gallery image is a smaller version of the image we print from. There may be subtle colour variations due to your monitor / screen calibration but this otherwise shows what you will get. Just much bigger.

• There is a white border around all prints, so you won't lose any of the image if framing.
• Posters are packed rolled and in a tube, for extra protection
• Buying more than one? We often have a 50% off second item offer on. The good news is - you don't have to have two of the same! Stick this in your basket, then go have a browse through the rest of our shop listings and your second item will be reduced by 50%.
• Postage SNAFU? It happens. You calculate everything to the penny and at checkout it is 5,000 groats more than it should be. URGH. Here's what to do. First off - add items to your basket and check them out together to lock in combined postage. 
• Note - not all items can be combined, in particular if you are ordering different sizes, as they may need to be packed separately. If the system plays up and doesn't re-calculate and combine it automatically, then it will be refunded when we pack your order. If we miss it, just drop us a line or check the note included with your order and we'll happily sort out a refund for any excess and try to do better next time. No, we really don't mind. 
•  Apart from Bolan, our Postersaurus. we're human and occasionally may make mistakes, but we really do try and solve them in your favour. Seriously though - please don't be rude, there's no need, we're on your side and will do what we can to fix things. Also, our Postersaurus is bigger than you. And he's always hungry.
