Buying Antique/Vintage/Retro Items:

Most of the items we sell are antique/vintage/retro, please be aware that, as these items have been around and often used with love for many of those years, they may bear some wear and tear.  In other words, they more than likely will not be perfect. This vintage wear and tear is not considered damage, but rather, part of the items “story”. Any chips, cracks, holes, dents or crazing will be listed in the description. Being only human means that we may miss something at times, so please study the photos as these form part of the description. Please view the photos carefully.

 

Postage:

We gladly combine postage for multiple items. Please email if you need a combined postage cost. Do not pay first. We pack to ensure that your precious item arrives safely.  We do not charge for packing and handling. Post Feedback as soon as you can after receiving your item so that we can be assured that it has arrived safely. As we are out of town, we will post your item within three days of receiving payment, but please allow for weekends and public holidays.  We endeavour to keep postage as low as possible.  If I am able to post for less then you will receive a refund of the difference.

If for some reason you are not satisfied that the item is not as described, email us before leaving neutral or negative feedback.  We love what we do and strive to pack so that your items arrive safely.  We value your feedback and would like the opportunity to address any issues before leaving negative feedback.

 

Please remember that the items that you are viewing are old, so therefore, second-hand.  This means that someone else has probably used and loved them and therefore, they most likely, are not perfect.
