Early Anglo-Saxon copper-alloy brooch, believed to be a small-long / trefoil-headed brooch, dating approximately to the 5th–6th century AD.

The brooch has a distinctive three-lobed or trefoil-style headplate, curved bow and elongated foot. This form is closely comparable with documented Early Anglo-Saxon small-long brooches recorded by the British Museum and Portable Antiquities Scheme.
