Delivery details

Items will be shipped in 1 to 2 businesses day of receiving cleared payment.
All items are shipped from UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Usually you will get your packages in 2 to 3 working days after we dispatch the orders. If you have not received your package within 10 days from payment, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We take responsibility for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
Your item will ususally arrive within the estimated shipping time, however, pls note that there are certain circumstances that we unfortunately cannot control (i.e. weather condition, delay by postal office, public holidays, etc)

Each phone case is produced individually per your request, We are not able to resell such stock therefore we do not accept returns if you choose wrong model of the phone case or wrong color. Before to order, please check exactly what is your phone model.

If the Product you have purchased is faulty or it is not as we described,returns for full refund or replacement are accepted within 30 days after the buyer receives the item (Excluding contrived damagement or misusage). & Returned item must be new & original condition without installation damage or marks. Otherwise, will not be qualified for exchange, no exception! Please contact us to get the correct return address and RMA number before any returns!
All products will be checked carefully before shipping. However, if any item is defective upon receipt, Please contact us for a solution in 48 hours before return it back!
We are not responsible if the buyer orderd the wrong model, wrong color or offered a wrong shipping address. & We reserve the right to charge the postage of the replacement.
