This auction is for a Lima class 09 body mounted onto a Hornby 0-6-0 chassis(!).

Condition is average. 

The body shell is ok in some respects but does have various marks and two buffers broken off. There is some basic weathering on it too. It could be cleaned up & repaired fairly easily. 

The chassis is obviously not the original! It’s a Hornby 0-6-0 chassis from something else entirely and has been pushed into the Lima body and glued in place. Removing it wouldn’t take a great deal of effort by the looks of it. 

The chassis is a pretty good runner however so this could make a good chassis donor for another loco if that’s what your after. 

This model has sat unused in storage for a long time now so the chassis would definitely benefit form a good running session and maybe a light service.
