New Old Stock (NOS) with storage wear

Unused vintage die-cut decal measuring approximately 10½ inches in diameter. Displays age-related creases, wrinkles, edge wear, surface soiling, and a small puncture/tear near the center below the eagle. Backing paper is heavily wrinkled from storage. Adhesive has not been tested due to age.
