Rochas Byzance is a fragrance introduced in 1987. This is the original 1987 Eau de Parfum, which differs from the current Byzance released under the same name in 2019. The original version has already been discontinued and was created by perfumers Nicolas Mamounas and Alberto Morillas.
It begins with aldehydes, mandarin, basil, and other notes, then develops into rich florals including tuberose, jasmine, rose, and ylang-ylang. Sandalwood, amber, musk, vanilla, heliotrope, and cedar are layered in the finish, developing into a fragrance with floral, spicy, and woody depth.
This is a 50ml Eau de Parfum Natural Spray. The images show the blue bottle, gold-colored medallion, and pink and blue decorations that symbolize the original Byzance.
