TiltWatch XTR QR is a single-use tip indicator designed to monitor goods that must remain upright during shipping and storage. When the package is tilted past 80 degrees, the indicator changes from green to red, providing irreversible visual evidence of mishandling. The patented design ensures the indicator remains unaffected by normal handling conditions or random vibrations.
Every indicator carries a QR code. Scan it with any smartphone camera - no app required - to check the indicator's condition on receipt and capture an image of it. Each unit also has a unique serial number printed on its face, so an indicator can be tied to a specific consignment.
This 100 pack is supplied in SpotSee's own box carrying a unique Box ID and registration QR code. Scan that label to create or connect your organisation's SpotSee Cloud account and add all 100 sensors to your dashboard, giving you condition, scan history and location across every shipment you monitor. Scan time and location are shown in the Cloud portal.
Tamperproof construction prevents replacement or tampering during the shipping cycle. The 2 mil high-tack acrylic adhesive provides strong adhesion to corrugated packaging and most shipping container surfaces.
Each pack contains 100 TiltWatch XTR QR indicators, each with a warning notice, plus SpotSee mounting instructions, supplied in SpotSee's box with its Cloud registration label. Companion labels are available separately.
