The cassette is in EX- condition as it plays fine but there are a few surface marks on both sides of the shell. Please see pictures.

The inlay is in VG+/VG condition. On the front of the inlay, on the first panel on the left, there are some creases and also a tear down the long edge. There is also a small tear between third and fourth panels. Please see pictures.
