So now the time has come as Paul reaches retirement age for him to downsize his collection and pass on the batten and give other collectors the chance to add some amazing Elton music and memorabilia to their collections.

Further information......
The first track is "Happy Birthday Bob". The Siran luxury yacht was famously owned by the legendary media Bob Manoukian.
Elton who rarely writes lyrics confirms in the introduction that he wrote the lyrics to this comedic specially adapted version of " Happy Birthday" whilst coming over on the plane and ends saying " after you hear it you will see why I don't write lyrics"
As previously mentioned the CD was given to either 50 attendees of the party or was gifted at Christmas by Elton to close confidantes and rarely comes on to the open market
Paul acquired the CD sone 12 years ago when it came up via auction in an estate sale and has never seen one come on to the open market since confirming it's extreme rarity.
This is your chance to add the holy grail of Elton John collectables to your collection, don't let it pass you by it could be many years before it surfaces on the open market again, if ever.
This will truly make any collection quite unique and can only ever appear in 50 collections due to it's limited run. Not only that this is Elton at his absolute best, just him and his piano, playing a private set to invited guests, pure magic.
By owning this CD , just as Paul has the last 12 years , you will be able to sit back , close your eyes and imagine you are right there in the midst of a party atmosphere with Elton playing for you amongst a select few.
