Description
Collection of three Hungarian classic dramas. 'Merry-Go-Round' (1956) stars Mari Töröcsik and Imre Soós as a young couple in love who wish to marry, but her father has arranged her marriage to an older, wealthy farmer. In 'Current' (1964), a group of young men and women swim together in a deep river on a hot summer day but one of them doesn't come out of the water.
Finally 'Agnus Dei' (1971) is an allegorical telling of the rise of fascism in Hungary.
