- Body & Joints: Excellent collector condition. RARE structural integrity—absolutely NO neck splits, hairline cracks, or torso seam splits. All poseable joints (wrists, elbows, and ankles) move smoothly and hold positions well. Flat-style feet are intact.
- Face Paint & Features: Beautiful makeup with bright blue eyes, soft pink/coral lips, and all rooted eyelashes fully intact. Original leftward-glancing eyes confirm this is the rare 1970 first-issue release.
- Hair: Original golden blonde color. High side-ponytail and front bangs are present with excellent factory rooting remaining.
- Markings: Cleanly stamped "© 1965 Mattel, Inc. U.S. Patented U.S. Pat. Pend. Made In Japan" on her backside, with the factory mold number "5" on the opposite cheek.
- 1971 "Glowin' Out" Evening Dress (#3404):
