This is a cool little lamp, it’s got two bulbs inside (blue and orange) that switch on and off from each other randomly every second or so. It looks to be hand painted with a glossy finish. It’s in pretty good condition but does have a small amount of paint chipping. The chipping is hard to spot but there is a bit all the way around. There are no cracks or major chips. The light functions perfectly. I could not find a lot of information about it but I believe it was made in the 80s, maybe early 90s. It is apparently 9” tall and 5 1/2 inches wide. It comes as is ( from a smoke free environment)
