Please leave your email address in the order note when purchasing, or contact us after placing your order with your email address so we can send the video to you. ----Please follow the video carefully when fitting the handlebars and adjusting the brakes. After assembly, make sure the brake pads are correctly aligned, the brake cable is taut, and all screws and nuts are fully tightened.
Assembly Support & Common Issues： ----If the handlebars feel wobbly after assembly, this is usually caused by: 1. The front fork bolt inside the handlebar not being aligned and tightened correctly. 2. The nut at the bottom of the handlebar not being fully tightened. ----After assembly, the brakes must be checked and adjusted before the bicycle is used. Please make sure that: 1. The brake pads are positioned correctly and sit parallel to the wheel rim. 2. The brake cable is pulled taut and properly secured. ----We pack each bicycle carefully before dispatch. However, as bicycles are large items, the outer carton may occasionally become damaged during delivery. If the parcel arrives damaged, please check the bicycle before assembly. If any part is damaged or missing, please contact us with clear photos of the packaging and the affected part. We will do our best to offer a suitable solution. ----The decorative stickers are already pre-applied to the bicycle. Any extra stickers included in the package are spare protective stickers, which can be used around the gap between the rims and frame to help prevent minor scratches or bumps. If you do not need them, they can be safely discarded.
