You are bidding on the item as pictured. You will not be disappointed as I would still wear this if I fit a size 8. This has been hanging in a closet and one of my very favorite skirts. The fabric has a nubby texture. The skirt measures waist to bottom of skirt at 22". Waist is 16". Fully lined. Measurements are approximate. There is a picture of the waistband that has a slight yellow stain which doesn't come out.
