This LOT is for a nice 1768 DATE OLD UK Gambling Token / Coin (LOT #7 / inv. code #xs).  We think these were made in the late 1800's or early 1900's.  This is a COOL looking Coin made of Brass & it's the size of a US Quarter.  These were used for Card Games and Gambling.  They are made of Brass but from a distance it would make People think You were playing with Gold Coins.  Whilst they have a King George on them, many were not of his period but were actually Victorian in age.  This was because original King George Gaming Tokens looked exactly like actual Currency circulating at the time. So the Victorians passed a Law to say that Gaming Counters and Tokens could not look like current Coinage.  IF You'd like more info on these message us through Ebay & We'll get back to Ya as soon as possible.
