Unusual vintage green reusable surgical/medical gown, believed to be Swedish military surplus. Exact date is unknown; believed to date from approximately the 1970s–1980s based on its construction, materials and markings

Marked C38 / SPR1 46808 and bearing the Swedish Three Crowns (Tre Kronor) property stamp.

Long, loose-fitting design with long sleeves, contrasting white knitted cuffs and rear button fastening. The knitted cuffs are typical of reusable operating-theatre clothing and provide a close fit around the wrists.
