This is a very fine, and attractive Seth Thomas eight-day wall clock with a mahogany and glass, with a hand painted scene on the lower part of the glass door. This is an early Ogee clock with brass and metal moving parts. with a weighted pendulum. This has it's brass windup key as well. This is a signed SETH THOMAS wall clock. This also has a sticker on it by a repairer, that reads "A. J. RUSSELL". This has a strong provenance as it was purchased by Stephen S. Marsh inJune of 1866.
